The BBQ is pretty straight forward. The gas is plumbed in so you dont have to worry about gas bottles. To turn on turn the knob to the 11 o'clock position, hold down and press the ignition button.

It is really important to keep the BBQ clean so just give it a wipe after each use. It is often easier to light the BBQ using the middle burner. Once lit turn the other burners on and they will light from the middle. If that doesn't work there are matches in the right hand draw below the toaster.
